From I-87 South (Adirondack Northway): Take the Crossgates Mall Road Exit (Exit 0.5, located exactly one exit south of I-90).

From I-87 North (NYS Thruway): Take Thruway Exit 24, clear the toll booths, and take the immediate Crossgates Mall Road / US-20 Western Ave exit.

From I-90 West: Take Exit 1S toward Route 20 / Western Avenue, merging onto the Fuller Road Alternate to hit the Crossgates Mall Road Exit.

From I-90 East (NYS Thruway): Take Thruway Exit 24, clear the toll booths, and follow the signs for the Crossgates Mall Road Exit.
