Johnny Rockets Returns to Crossgates
– Opening Late 2026 –
Guilderland, NY: Crossgates is excited to announce that one of its most requested tenants, Johnny Rockets, will return to the center later this year.
Returning to its former location on the lower level near Regal Cinemas, Johnny Rockets will bring back its retro-inspired diner experience featuring classic American fare, hand-spun real ice cream milkshakes and malts, crispy golden fries, and onion rings – re-creating the unforgettable experience guests have come to love and expect from Johnny Rockets since its founding in 1986.
The Crossgates restaurant will mark Lloyd Sugarman’s 13th Johnny Rockets location in the United States, continuing his long-standing partnership with the brand. Sugarman opened his first Johnny Rockets location in San Francisco in 1992, helping bring the concept into regional shopping centers by adapting the original freestanding, all-American diner prototype for high-volume, nontraditional locations.
