25TH ANNUAL RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES RADIOTHON

TO TAKE OVER AIRWAVES JAN. 23 & 24
– Onsite at Crossgates January 24th

Guilderland, NY: Join Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region as we celebrate 25 years of Radiothon—one of the organization’s biggest and most anticipated fundraisers of the year—as we aim to raise $125,000 to support families of critically ill and injured children.

Presented by Upstate Chevy Dealers and in partnership with Albany Broadcasting, this year’s Radiothon promises to be a weekend filled with amazing music, heartwarming stories, and plenty of opportunities to support families when they need it most.

This year will be especially exciting, as we celebrate not only 25 years of Radiothon—but also 25 years of the Ronald McDonald Family Room at the Bernard and Millie Duker Children’s Hospital at Albany Med.

The event kicks off on Friday, Jan. 23 when Radiothon volunteers will be on hand at the Albany Ronald McDonald House to take telephone donations at 518-438-2655. Phone lines will be open from 6 AM to 7 PM on Friday and then again on Saturday, Jan. 24 from 10 AM to 5 PM.

The excitement then heads over to Crossgates on Saturday, where community members can donate in person from 10 AM to 5 PM. Radiothon volunteers will be stationed outside of APEX Entertainment, Best Buy & Lego Store throughout the day.

Listeners are encouraged to tune in to the following local stations to follow Radiothon throughout the weekend to hear stories from our families and to pledge their support: Fly 92.3, B95.5, The Cat 100.9/107.1, Big Country 104.9/97.7, JAMZ 96.3 and Magic 590-1410 AM/100.5-96.9 FM.
