Join us for a gentle yoga class in a dimly lit room. End your day with mindfulness relaxation. Gently stretch and “let go”. Mindful breathing will be taught to allow the participants to activate their parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the relaxation response. This will enable participants to make the most of their time in class. Class will end with an extended savasana (corpse pose). Head home feeling rested and energetically balanced.
No experience necessary. All are welcome.
Cost: $20 Members | $35 Non-Members (includes spa access after 4pm) or $55 (includes all-day spa access)
