Veterans and Community Housing and Coalition is proud to partner with Crossgates for this Adopt-A-Veteran and Program. VCHC will be tabling outside Starbucks, on the second floor every Thursday and Friday from 10AM – 4PM for the month of December. We will be collecting cash donations and gift cards.

We have the tools to help. What do we do? Veterans and Community Housing Coalition and provide supports and services to veterans and their families. We serve seven counties, and have the ability to make powerful connections for all of our veterans. We take a Housing first approach, and wraparound support services. We care!
