People & Culture HR Assistant
Your role is all about our people and understanding the business. On a daily basis, you will be involved in many areas of People & Culture, which may include coordinating daily plans for staff coverage, supporting employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, or payroll and attendance. For instance, to ensure an amazing customer experience, it’s important we hire the best of the best. You will support the interviewing process to fill in-store positions, and other recruiting initiatives such as forging relationships with local colleges and universities. You’ll embody our commitment to employee success by ensuring support of our training and orientation program for all new team members.
This position requires 1 year of relatable HR experience and strong people skills. You’ll also be expected to work a flexible schedule within our retail environment.
